Andrew is a recent graduate of North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Biological Sciences. He began his career at GVI in 2011 assisting Dr. Jan Woraratanadharm in maintaining Global Vaccine's small animal facility by cleaning the animal housing units and performing regular maintenance on the facilities equipment. Weekly, he executes checks on the condition of the facility including monitoring the tempurature and humidity levels and ensures that adequate food and water is provided for the animals. Andrew has also assisted the staff scientist's by collecting and processing samples from the animals housed at GVI as needed. In 2012, he assumed responsibility for communicating with the various vendors and ordering the supplies used at Global Vaccines.
Andrew has also been vital to the redesign of the Global Vaccines Inc website. He has gained a proficient knowledge of HTML design and coding in order to update and maintain our online presence. He regularly monitors the influx of visitors to the website and is constantly looking for new ways to improve the overall experience.
